Yoga & Mindful Breathing

All of us take about 20,000 breaths every day, yet many are not aware of the transformative power of controlled breathing. In our retreat you'll get access to a toolkit of our favourite practices to cultivate balance, strength, and motivation into your everyday life.Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, Luciana and Anastassia offer variations suitable for all levels. Together we will explore Hatha, Yin & Yoga Nidra, several meditation techniques and apply YogaBody breathing, amongst others.

While Ibiza is often associated with lively nightlife, our retreat at the serene Can César villa in Santa Eulalia offers a tranquil sanctuary.Our homely villa features 5 rooms with 5 bathrooms (double, twin rooms and a mini-dorm for 4 pax), kitchen, living & dining rooms, outdoor yoga shala and a garden with a swimming pool, all just steps away from the seaside. Explore the nearby coastal walk to the beach, cafes, grocery, and hiking trails, all within a 10-minute walk.

Throughout our mindful journey we will nourish our bodies and souls with nutritious plant-based meals that are both healthy and delicious. For early risers a healthy snack, think chia-seed pudding, cereal and fruits, will be provided. And our professional local chef will be preparing brunches & dinners that reflect our day's activity!

Meet your Hosts

Hi, i'm Luciana

Growing up with a yogic mother, I've always been fascinated with the power of the mind-breath-body connection. Life took me to live, study, and teach Yoga in Argentina, Australia, India and Japan.Trained in Hatha-Vinyasa, Reiki, Mindfulness, Embodied movement and somatics, in my classes I aim to create a warm, safe and welcoming space to allow my students to be themselves, and explore their inner experiences.Through mindful movement, breath-body connection, and a series of different techniques I will guide you to focus on your inner self, as you move and expand your internal awareness, exploring the relationship between your physical being and your vital energy.

Hi, i'm Anastassia

A curious traveler and a mindful yoga, breathwork and meditation practitioner I was led by the travel adventure to the teachers course where I truly connected with this ancient practice during my TTC in India in 2017. Naturally breath focused my classes are based on the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga and aim to build a strong foundation though calm, steady practice. With Focus on Exhale mindful breathing techniques, my goal is to support you in developing a daily practice that empowers you to live confidently, be productive, and have a deep connection with your inner rhythm.During the retreat I will be there to guide you to tap into your essence through morning meditations, yoga, feminine dance, mindful walks and fun homely time!
